Chris Wright is the founder of Chris Wright Company where he provides a broad spectrum of commercial real estate services specializing in office and multi-family properties with more than 12 years of personal commercial real estate experience.

Prior to forming Chris Wright Company, Chris was a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Company. Mr. Wright partnered with Russ Johnson and was instrumental in building a seven person leasing team with over 7,000,000 square feet of office space in its portfolio and over $1,400,000 in revenues per year.

Before joining Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Wright worked for Stream Realty Partners, where he was individually responsible for over two and a half million square feet of property spanning across multiple markets. During his tenure at Stream, he generated $120,000,000 in transactions with the firm.

Since 2001, Mr. Wright completed more than 639 lease transactions totaling over 3,300,000 square feet and $241,000,000 in transaction value. These transactions include a 106,000 square-foot lease representing Animal Health International, Inc. A 29,000-square-foot lease with ITT Technical Institute and a 40,000-square-foot lease with Leprechaun Health Care, a 26,000-square-foot lease with Neopost, 69,000-square-foot lease with Walco International, Inc., a 22,000-square-foot lease with Stanley Tools, a 30,000-square-foot lease with Vantium Capital, a 23,000-square-foot lease with Women of Faith, and a 31,000-square-foot lease with Rose Walker, LP. Transactions have also included leases and property dispositions in multiple markets across the United States for Walco International, Inc. and Animal Health International, Inc.

Prior to real estate, Mr. Wright's process, management and strategic consulting background consisting of three years with Andersen Consulting, effective negotiating skills and market expertise enable him to use the landlord's perspective in leasing properties with the goal of significantly increasing value for each property.
